1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Enverium platform, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Enverium provides software and related services for sustainability reporting operations, including ESG data management, cross-functional workflows, and disclosure preparation across frameworks and obligations such as AASB S1, AASB S2, ASRS, NGER-related evidence workflows, Modern Slavery governance processes, and related reporting programmes.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the platform lawfully and in line with these terms. You must not:
- Use the service in breach of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Attempt unauthorised access to the platform, accounts, or connected systems
- Interfere with availability, integrity, or performance of the service
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading material
- Process personal data without the required legal basis or authorisation
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the platform, software, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Enverium or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Warranties and liability
The service is provided subject to the warranties and limitations agreed with the relevant customer. To the extent permitted by law, Enverium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that must remain uncapped by law.
6. Data protection and privacy
Personal data must be processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) where relevant. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Hosting, processing locations, and security measures may depend on the agreed service configuration and customer deployment model.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be posted on the site or otherwise communicated. Continued use after such changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law specified in the applicable customer agreement or, absent such an agreement, by the law designated in Enverium's legal notices for the relevant contracting entity.
